Brandy mclarty

Brandy started riding at just two years old, inspired by her father who rode when he was growing up. She began racing at eight and has since become a standout in Canadian motocross.

When she’s not on a dirt bike, she focuses on school, work, and staying active at the gym, often spending summers riding and heading to Florida before spring. Her favorite tracks are Gopher Dunes and Walton Raceway, and she never misses the Walton TransCan event, where she’s a three-time Girls (9–16) champion. She also made history as the first girl to win a Supermini overall at AMO/MPC.

Her all-time favorite rider is Colton Facciotti, whose work ethic and character left a lasting impression. She looks up to Eve Brodeur as a trailblazer for women in motocross.

Looking ahead, she hopes to continue her journey in the Canadian WMX Triple Crown series, where she’s already competed. Her first race number was #2, borrowed from her dad, who got it from Ryan Villopoto. Passionate about the sport, she plans to give her future kids the same opportunity to race.
